There won't be time this weekend for you to tend to the garden nor watch the FA Cup final, as we intend to feed your salsa bug with a set of perfect dance options that will keep you dancing nearly every waking hour.

If you have been taking midweek lessons, at any level, this week, then I encourage you to either go out and social dance this weekend to practice your new skills or take an extra workshop to polish up a particular element.

Yes I know that many of us look at the lessons as a chance to meet new people or to burn off a few pounds or even become part of something that is good for our physical and mental health but I urge you to double up and double the fun factor.

For Thursday night we highlight a special Pexava social at Conway Hall in Holborn. 
It is a mecca for many of the best dancers in London, with a perfect dance floor, the most excellent DJs, truly international dancers and normally an orange wedge reward for those staying till last track.

Friday night option this week include salsa lessons and a social in Putney - Free Salsa Class for first time beginners when you quote A2Z

The late night option is provided by El Grande in Kings Cross, where there are 4 rooms of salsa, kizomba and bachata with 10 DJs and 10 lessons before the party continues till 5am

Also on Sunday, the opportunity to take the Thames Salsa Cruise which winds its way down the river, seeing the spectacular sights of London by day/night whilst dancing to salsa or hanging out in the chillout areas.

There is a free beginners session at the House of Mambo this Sunday in Watford.

The once a month salsa party with Miguel Mayana in Epsom is this Sunday, with classes and party.

There are lessons throughout the capital throughout the midweek.

A free intro to dance session starts Todo Latino at Bar Salsa in Temple each Tuesday.  The all level lessons in salsa and bachata are followed by social dancing till 2am

Salsa, bachata and kizomba lessons are offered each Wednesday in Springfield.

Hammersmith's regular salsa and bachata Wednesday evening also offers a free first timer salsa lesson by quoting A2Z.

On Saturday 25th in Paddington, an all-day beginners workshop is offered by Caramelo.  There is also a learn bachata in a day course!
