Not a rhyme naturally associated to London but delightfully true, with my suggestion that salsa should be your chosen form of play, especially if you are spending too much time watching football.

Kicking off the weekend, Friday this week is the 3rd Friday of the month, so El Grande are in Kings Cross with the 4-room salsa, bachata and kizomba party for 1000+ dancers till 5am.

There is a free salsa class for absolute beginners in Putney, as well as lessons in bachata and salsa plus a social for all.

Spanning the whole weekend, Friday to Sunday, the Ginga Boo Kizz Festival UK, in Milton Keynes, is now offering members, who are leaders £20 off advertised prices : Quote A2Z20. Two special offers accompany the 1-day intensive salsa course each Saturday at Bar salsa in Soho.  Offer one is for London Salsa members who can claim £5 off the advertised price, whilst offer two allows all students to take the course again - free.

For those that enjoy dancing to live music, Richmond on Sunday starts early and finishes early and comes with a £2 discount for members.

Every day of the week there are lessons throughout London, North, South, East, West and Central.

From salsa and bachata in Wimbledon down south to north in Ruislip, look for the stars on site for special offers on lessons on Mondays.

On Tuesday, Gabeto in Camden is the new home of Rueda as well as salsa lessons and special offers for London Salsa members.

Wednesday in Hammersmith sees a free absolute beginners lesson running simultaneously to the multiple other salsa lessons. There is also a free intro to salsa class at Bar Salsa in Soho.
