We are delighted to announce the dates for our Luxury Fitness Retreat.
Set in the beautiful Cote d’Azur countryside this luxurious fitness retreat provides the perfect balance of energetic training classes, stunning coastal and mountain treks, private chef and pampered chateau accommodation.
The event will appeal to all ages and levels of fitness, whether you are seeking to improve your fitness and well-being levels or to kick starting a new fitness regime.
DATES
Arrival: Wednesday 20th September.
Lunch will be served and the first stretching and fitness classes will be held during the afternoon.
Departure: Sunday 24th September, after lunch.
5 days’ luxury-stay on an all-inclusive basis. A champagne reception will be held on Wednesday evening followed by the welcome dinner, during which the program will be discussed.
FITNESS SESSIONS and ACTIVITIES
The Fitness program will be led by David Higgins and Dan Tegg. David is a charismatic and enthusiastic personal trainer with many years of experience. Dan is a skilled tennis coach and performance trainer. Together they will assess your level of fitness and specific requests and guide you. Fitness classes will include stretching, core and kettlebell TRX strengthening and toning exercises, cardio blast, circuit training, water aerobics, kayaking, legs, bums and tums, and fun salsa dance classes Other options include HIIT, battleropes, tennis and treks along the stunning coast.
Other sporting options will include treks along the stunning coastal routes and in the Esterel Mountains, tennis fit, swimming, jogging, mountain bikes and yoga.
